PROJECT STATS // 2,200sqft home in Larchmont. Accessory Dwelling Unit - one Primary Bedroom and Bath, Kitchen and Living/ Dining Room. Primary Residence - Secondary Bedroom and Stairwell

GOAL // We had to completely re-imagine the Secondary Bedroom, taking it from an 100 year old existing attic space and redesigning it into a functioning Bedroom for two children. The ADU needed a refresh, turning it into a tranquil Guest Suite for visiting family and friends.
